Who can resist burgers, especially if they are gourmet? Nathalie Arbefeuille, the talented chef orchestrating the cuisine of Nathalie Gourmet Studio in Publika, knows about this soft spot and recently tailored a new lunch menu to satisfy this envy.
Here the burgers are on the ‘slider’ side; small, easy on the mouth and paired with a choice of salad or handmade fries. Perfect to satisfy a craving, flavourful yet not too heavy to feel guilty afterwards. Elect a classic Australian grass fed beef burger, or be more adventurous and opt for the Asian flavours salmon burger.
The lunch menu also bears a nice selection of fresh homemade pasta and for the crepes lovers, yes, you can indulge in delicious Brittany french crepes – egg cheese and turkey ham is a must.
Of course the A la carte menu is still available for a larger choice of dishes, including a remarkable Mango and cauliflower Taboule, with a lemon zest, and a Royale Timbale involving some raw zucchini and foamy gorgonzola deliciousness.
As per the desserts, Nathalie’s famous macaroons are a must, with their pop colours and perfectly balanced texture melting in the mouth.
In a very feminine setting of dark grey and purple pantone, Nathalie Arbefeuille welcomes her guests in a quiet atmosphere, where one can appreciate the work behind the scenes thanks to the open kitchen.
